the location was central and allowed easy access to main attractions.. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. i was also grateful for the awesome breakfast offered each morning. it included a wide variety of fresh options.
the room, while clean, had slightly limited soundproofing from external street noise.

stuffy roommosquito problem
the ac DID not work very well in the room. it became quite stuffy, and there was NO ventilation. opening the windows was not a solution as it allowed mosquitoes inside. i woke up sweating each night .

The location was central. Many attractions were within easy walking distance. I found the breakfast selection very FRESH and diverse, with a rooftop view. it WAS a good way to start the day.
The room's air conditioning didn't seem to work as effectively as expected. I found it difficult to maintain a consistently comfortable temperature throughout the night.

The buffet included a wide array of pastries, fresh bread, and cured meats. It also offered eggs. The rooftop setting offered a BEAUTIFUL panoramic view during breakfast. Beverages like juices and coffee were readily available.

not quite the charming experience i expected
convenient locationpoor soundproofingcockroach traps
the location proved convenient for accessing many attractions. it was easy enough to walk to the main sights.
I found the room rather disappointing. It lacked proper soundproofing. street noise was noticeable even late at night. the heating seemed to be stuck at a low setting, so the room remained quite cold, even with adjustments. i spotted cockroach traps on the floor. That was certainly not reassuring.

The location was amazing. It was a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The main train station was also within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants sat nearby.
The room was quite hot. We were told it was 26 degrees. There were no air-con facilities available. I had to open a window. This let in street noise.
